Norma Asimba is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Stratagem Global Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

With more than a decade of experience leading complex programs, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional teams, Norma has partnered with organizations across the telecommunications, technology, consumer goods, nonprofit, and consulting sectors to translate strategy into measurable results.

Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on strategic planning, program and project management, operational improvement, governance, business process optimization, organizational transformation, and stakeholder engagement. Her work has consistently centered on bringing structure to complexity, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives, and delivering solutions that create lasting organizational value.
