As the Founder and Managing Director of Base Industries Group of companies, he spent more than a decade leading the growth of a successful enterprise while building extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, business operations, and entrepreneurship.

Throughout his career in both Africa and the United Kingdom, he has advised businesses, government-supported initiatives, community organizations, and entrepreneurs on business start-ups, development, project design, training, and organizational capacity building.

His academic background in public administration, management, and theology, together with years of mentoring, training, and servant leadership, reflects a lifelong commitment to developing people, strengthening organizations, and creating sustainable impact. His unique skills to conceptualize, create, design, and deliver projects and training are evident in his all-round successful characteristics.
