Norma is the Principal Consultant of Stratagem Global Solutions, where she helps organizations bridge strategy and execution through engagement leadership, governance, and disciplined delivery.

With more than a decade of experience leading complex programs, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional teams, she has partnered with organizations across the telecommunications, technology, consumer goods, nonprofit, and consulting sectors to translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution. Her expertise spans program and project leadership, governance, organizational transformation, operational improvement, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight.

Her doctoral research in Strategy Execution and Organizational Performance reflects the same philosophy that underpins Stratagem Global Solutions: organizations achieve lasting results when leadership, governance, and disciplined execution work together.
